This is a great starter camera for anyone getting into photography with loads of settings to experiment with. 
 
This is one of the older model DSLR's we stock, however it still boasts many of the same settings as the newest models out today.  The main drawback with the 400D vs newer models, is that the sensor is not as capable in lower light levels than newer models. That being said,  it's a great place to start on a budget, and it teaches you the importance of the different settings, and how they affect light & the resulting photograph. The resulting photographs, unless you are planning on printing them out bill-board size can be as impressive once you have mastered the settings as a brand new model.
